We will process your order the day we receive
it. Some items require more lead time than others,
personalized items in particular can take an
extra week. In these cases, delivery times are
stated on each individual product page. If a product is out of stock temporarily, it will be shipped to you when it arrives at the same shipping method you choose unless otherwise specified.
We will ship to the address you specify. If the carrier attempts to deliver but can't either because it is refused or they attempt to deliver and leave a notice but the package is returned, we will contact you to make arrangements to reship however we will have to charge shipping a second time. If you prefer we can also provide a refund minus the shipping.
If the package is damaged or lost in transit we will reship it at no extra charge. We will contact you and let you know that it is being reshipped. We apologize for any delay this may cause. This may take several extra days.
Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives in time. We post "order by" dates on certain items to help customers know the latest possible order date to receive the item by the specified holiday. If you order by the date posted you will have your product well before the holiday in most cases.
If you have not revieved your order and would like a refund, please contact us. Do not file a chargeback with your credit card issuer. If your order has not shipped for some reason, such as a backorder, and you do not wish to wait, we will provide a full refund for you at your request.
